“Loud loud thumping music until 4 am, 3-4 nights per week, even when that bar is noted as closed. The later it gets, more alcohol flowing, the volume increases. WHO conceived that these two elements are compatible???? Great bed, just used it briefly to nap. What a waste! There were families and couples with babies. Guess unless the kids and babies are down with partying until the wee hours, this is most likely a jah brah surf party hostel vibe. Quite apparent that families didn’t stay long....

“Prenotato camera per 2 adulti e un bambino, ma all'arrivo mancava un letto, per averlo hanno chiesto un costo extra. La camera doveva essere completa di cucina e tutto il necessario per cucinare, ma non era presente praticamente nulla, neanche le posate....la cucina a gas era rotta. Nella camera non erano nemmeno presenti le sedie per poter consumare i pasti! Tutto era sporco e vecchio, l'abitazione odora di muffa in ogni stanza, l'aria condizionata è solo in camera quindi nel resto...

“Hotel is a little rundown but they were making repairs. Our room was comfortable AC worked great, breakfast was nice and the pool was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful but services were only available if you asked. For example; website says daily housekeeping. When we asked why our room wasn’t cleaned they said we didn’t ask for it. We had the only key to the room so they couldn’t clean unless we gave them the key. We couldn’t check in because they didn’t have power in the office. They...

“The location is hard to beat, but no restaurants near only cook yourself so this means going to the grocery store in pedasi. This is kind of a nightmare when you are a foreigner. The wifi is super slow there is no cable. That is quite annoying, the help at the properties are extremely nice and try to be helpful, i can not recommend ataying here.”

The place is well mantain, the hosts are so friendly and courteous, it felt like home. My husband and I had stay in many places but this one surpassed all. However, caution if you are over thirty cause the majority of those staying at Blue Venao are under thirty and have little regard for those wishing a measure of tranquility after midnight. I believe our money was well spent for the unit we rented and for all the close and convenient offerings. Just bring headphones or earplugs if you like to relax in the evening.”
